Xseed currently has a deal going with D3 for publishing Onechanbara, EDF2, and EDF4.1.
The thread for Bullet Girls on Xseed's forum was one of the most popular outside of IA/VT.
If you want it, then I'd suggest you go and ask for it from Xseed and post on their forums. Them having a business deal with D3 now means that it actually has a chance to come over.
There's nothing really that much worse than is already in Senran Kagura and their dressing rooms so I don't see why it couldn't be brought over.

Looks like a bit of an improvement from the first game to me.
Gameplay looks like it has much more variety now, and the enemies can even do that side dodge thing too.
