Looks pretty close desu. The main thing missing in the LoD is shadows on the trees and foliage and higher AF. Compare this with FO4 and its PC counterpart where not only LoD shadows are missing but there is a massive reduction in objects and geometry in the distance.

That's literally impossible, certain functions like parallax mapping and tessellation are disabled with no way of turning them back on. Also the art assets between the two are clearly different.
That being said the whole downgrade I was pretty scared that TW3 was going to look like shit on PC what not with CDPR being cagey fucks about it and also being bought off by Microsoft to promote TW3 on their garbage fucking console. But TW3 is by far one of the most beautiful games in motion that I have ever played.
