An arcade fighting game where your character actually throws tokens as projectiles, and you have to load tokens into the game or be limited to normal moves. When you beat your opponent, you win the tokens that he put into the machine, but you don't get your tokens back. It's like the ultimate bastard child of quarter-munchers, pay-to-win, and gambling.

Why not have all special moves besides normals cost tokens besides just projectiles? Then you need to learn the "cost" of playing your character and betting if you can do with less against certain opponents.

I like Wesker too, but in my current state Deadpool seems to work well for me since I can cheese with him. I tried Taskmaster with Dante/Wesker but he's much slower so I'm having trouble adjusting.

Deadpool/Taskmaster/Dante and Wesker/Taskmaster/Dante are both decent-not great-teams. If you like Wesker a lot, and want to upgrade to a better team, I'd recommend picking Doctor Doom, Doom/Dante is an amazing support shell (I play Wolverine/Doom/Dante for this reason). You could also try Wesker/Vergil/Dante, if you like both the white boys. Doom will give you a great assist, no matter what you choose, Rocks will give Wesker a better THC, and Beam or Missiles will give you better THC with Dante. Vergil has a decent THC with Wesker, but the assist is less useful.

Thank you. Maybe I just have to get used to the system still by practicing, I can't do the long combo strings yet. I don't mind Vergil either, but the two I definitely liked were Wesker and Dante, with Deadpool just being my scrub choice.

Deadpool works well with Dante as well, Deadpool/Dante/Strider is a proven good anti-zoning team, you might be able to make Wesker/Dante/Deadpool work. Deadpool/Dante/Vergil and Deadpool/Doom/Dante are also very strong teams, so my advice from the previous post still stands.
If you like gimmicks, you could try Arthur anchor with both Wesker/Dante and Deadpool/Dante, but that's for you to decide. Level 3 X-Factor Arthur with Gold Armor has blockstring infinites and extremely powerul combos, but his mobility is straight ass. Marvel has a lot of options.
