Yes, USA got Gatchaman as Force G, I'm from Argentina and I watched it on Cartoon Network circa 1995.
Tekkaman Blade was also aired on USA and in latin america, the AXN cable channel had it here.
Not sure if Time Bokan was broadcasted in USA but I'm sure latin america got Time Bokan's "time machine" series, which has a similar character to Doronjo and her henchmen, although I don't remember Yatterman.
The only ones I didn't knew were Polimar, Casshern and the Zippo giant robot.
Karas is a modern anime so it's logical we never knew about him as kids. I watched the Karas OVAs and they're pretty entertaining.
