The ones that exist now survive because of the fans they made during said age, and even those are slowly starving.And that's from a guy who still plays and genuinely enjoys TORtanic.

I played pretty actively for 2 weeks or so, lost interest because there isn't much to do solo wise. Once you hit tier 4 you need a guild or at least a small group of people to play with if you wanna do something else or new.
