The Thing
Tales From Liberty City
Battletoads
>>320101513
Just epic
>>320101513
A game based on the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. World
Archer
>>320101860
Holy shit that'd be pretty cool.
Within the next 10 years they will have made a"game"for every piece of pop culture there is.
Telltale Goes Bankrupt
It's an episodic game that never gets finished.
>>320101513
The Thing would be fucking amazing.
Rick and Morty
The Venture Bros.
Metalocalypse
(basically anything from Adult Swim that was even vaguely good)
I'm probably the only one that thinks this, but if they were ever to bring back Firefly, Telltale would be an excellent candidate for it
>>320102112
It just seems like it's too tough to make The Thing into a good game because of the mechanics.
I wouldn't know how they would do it though. Either make a new story, continue where it left off, or recreate the prequel/sequel.
I think making a new one would be the best option.

>You get to choose which Faction you want to help or join
>You struggle with how to ration food and ammo
>Go on usual trips around the Zone, meet other stalkers and get to know them
>Get raided by Mercs or attacked by mutants, decide who to help/ help at all
>Other stalkers treat you differently based on your actions
>Choices matter on how the story progresses
Fuck, I would play it

Telltale Games: A Telltale Game
Alan Moore's Swamp Thing. So perfect
>>320102764
>Most of the game is delaying episodes to games
>>320101513
They are alreeady doing a batman related one but it would be cool if they ndid a suicide squad one as well.
You play as dead shot trying to accomplish his missions while trying to control the team of insane and dangerous criminals.
Somebody saw my tweet to them today about The Thing
>>320102252
>The Venture Bros.
>>320101513
>The Thing
I'd love these.
Sam and Max
Lost.
>"You told John Locke what he can't do."
>>320101513
I never considered that
I think they could pull it off
Star Trek
Wild West
Tron
>>320101513
The Ring a.k.a. murder someone or kill yourself: the simulator
>>320102927
Watchmen or LoEG would be better.
A good game.
>>320101513
Been thinking about this for a while now. Running around the base, talking to different people, trying to figure out who's the thing.
Telltale would've made it episodic though, that shit wouldn't work.
The one where it's an actual game and not a glorified visual novel
Twin Peaks
>>320104364
>Star Trek
Throw in Doctor Who and any other Sci-Fi where technobabble and reversing the tachyon flow of the positronic matrix in the secondary deflector matters more than action while you're at it.
>>320101513
that's a really good idea.
>multiple playable characters
>moment where you realise character you controlled last is now the thing
X-Files desu
>>320101513
well ive always liked Fahrenheit, and i think a game similar to that TTG could really do well with.
If they could get that opening bathroom scene's tone right. Wont have to do it copycat but just get the urgency and confusion down. Alot of TTG's games allow you to meander around until you find a setpiece that makes moves you to the next scene or whatever, and if you had screen of your pursuer gaining on you or something it would add a sense of ugency that TTG can already apply to their scenes, but just MORESO,
Fuck idk if im making sense but it'd be cool to see i reckon
Also they did a fuckign great job with tales of the borderlands, i think wacky universes lend themselves to a more free storytelling.
WhICH IS WHY I WANT FUCKING THE WOLF AMONG US S2 TO COME OUT I MEAN FUCK MAN THERES SO MANY GOOD CHARACTERS YOU COULD GET FOR THAT AND THERES SO MANY DIRECTIONS YOU CAN WRITE. FUCKKKKKKKKKKK
>>320104719
>Option to play as The Thing
>Manipulate your friends and, potentially, family into killing them
10/10
>>320104507
Watchmen would be great.
They even had the look of John Higgin's 80's colours down perfectly in The Wolf Among Us
The Thing would make for a great adventure game, but Telltale wouldn't be able to do it any justice.
There needs to be CHOICES and BRANCHES that are MEANINGFUL and MATTER.
Fucking Telltale.
>>320101513
Saw
Friday the 13th
Any slasher basically
>>320105035
>Until Dawn
How about an adventure game with witty dialogue and clever puzzles?
Hannibal
>>320104202
I do t think I can handle telling Kate not to do something and then find out she fucking did it because of lol
>>320101513
> Tell Tale
> Game
Pick one and only one.
X-Files
Blade Runner
Harry PotterWOLF AMONG US SEASON FUCKING 2
>>320102252
i would play all those
Why telltale?
Do you want your game to be ruined and have only 1 real ending where you choices don't actually matter?
>320101513
I would like if they wrote and orginal story that the developers have come up with by themselves, without relying on a pre-existing popular franchise as a backdrop. A little bit of creativity would be nice from these guys, fan-fiction just doesn't cut it for me
>>320101513
Ones that I would actually play?
>Legacy of Kain: Include puzzle elements, extensive monologues
>.hack//: as long as it feels like the show, don't fuck with the lore
>Eternal Darkness: Get Psychological Horror on the audience and this will succeed
>The Elder Scrolls: Doesn't need Custom Character to do well, though allowing armor/weapon choices will work. WORK WITH ESTABLISHED LORE!
Thoughts, Anons?
>>320101513The book of the new sunthe discworld
More Sam & Max.
They did a good job with Sam & Max but Monkey Island was pretty mediocre.
No more Adventure game hybrid VN where your choices don't matter in the end (WD Season 1 was pretty good but feel like a one hit wounder since season 2 was bad).
