Leveling up Classes becomes super easy when you get a Skell. Because you just use the Skell's arts and shit, Class levels become free.
[spoilers]You'll want to at least sort of keep up with your Ground stuff though, there are fights where Skells aren't allowed. Found that out the hard way[/spoilers]
