I'm not even that far only past the gladiator arena. The difficulty has spiked so much that I legitimely cannot do the combat sidequests. No matter where I go I run into a fucking massive plant that spawns infinite tentacles and has 95% dodge, immunity to wounds and poisons and million hp.

Starsector. I'm level 45 and sided with Tri-Tachyon. Hadn't played in a while and they added new star systems so I went and explored one and ended up surrounded by constantly respawning fleets of Hegemony ships. Every battle wears my ships down and I cant get away fast enough so it's just my capital ship solo fighting off waves of 30+ ships with no time to recover between battles.

Smelter Demon 2.0 in the Iron King DLC.
Its not that I find the fight impossible (its the same as the smelter demon I beat before), its just that the run up to it from the bonfire is absolute bullshit.
One path has tons of enemies in the way, and casters that force you to slow down and fatroll.
The other lets you avoid enemies, but has timed doors you need to dash through, but if you fail to perfectly juke through the enemies that pop out, the doors are stuck and you are fucked.
Either way takes forever and is tedious as hell.

I'm definitely getting better, but I always fuck up either way too early (how the fuck do you consistently dodge his delayed jump? I just run straight forward, it works like 80% of the time but sometimes his head barely clips me and kills me), or when he's only a few hits away from dying.
Doesn't help I'm doing this with a character I never finished developing, they're only around 70 (intend to cap at 100 or 120), and my best weapon is the beast claws +7

Might and Magic 6, not sure where I should go next. My characters are level 3 right now, I cleared pretty much all the enemies nearby the starting town and a bunch of enemies by Ironfist castle. I'd advise playing it until you get tired of it then taking a break. At least get past the prologue, which is really good.
