I believe they mean that glitch that allows you to boost for much longer than you're supposed to. Some boost pads give you a much bigger boost than other boost pads, and if you don't boost again after using them you'll continue to boost at max speed for quite awhile. Only a few tracks have boost pads like this though.

That's USF, not saffi.
Saffi fire is when you chain together a ton of mini-turbos after getting fire, and after a while you'll reach the maximum capacity of your fire reserves, which then keeps max speed on for as long as you don't go hitting walls or MTing again.
OP's just a retard and he's ever planning to use saffi in an online setting, he's just guaranteed to get last place every time. That or he's getting his terminology mixed.
