Go for a Dwarf champion . I played this a year or so ago with a couple of guys from here that started up an all-dwarf /v/ellowship. I miss those guys.

You need to buy quests from the store to have any quests after level 30. It's still possible to get to max level without them but probably more boring.

But you can get currency for the store by doing achievements so it is possible to have quests all the way I think if you grind those out.

Expansion content is all locked away, of course.
