The best Rider fans are stuck with are Battride shit. Which is sad since the Pachinko games honestly not only look better visually but might be even more fun to play even if all you're doing is smashing a button like a retard, which is pretty much the same thing as Battride War anyway. Definitely more fun to watch at least since everything is extremely over the top whereas Battride is dull as dishwater to see in motion.

Now TECHNICALLY V3 was not Ishinomri's creation, but Hirayama, who for all intents and purposes was the real creative driving force for those early Showa series, so technically Rider 3 (who appeared in a very short magazine comic) WAS in fact Ishinomori's true Rider 3. He wasn't a cyborg though and he definitely wasn't evil, he was Taki Kazuya who decided why the hell not become a Rider and help his pals Rider 1 and 2.
Basically Toei scrapped the uttermost bottom of the obscure character barrel for Rider 3.
