pretty good
It's alright. Better than Infamous 1, but not as good as Infamous 2 or festival of blood.

i liked it. i also enjoyed infamous 1 and 2, not to mention the sly games, so you might want to count that as my bias.

It's fun as shit, but the plot, story, and Every. Single. Character. is garbage.
It also ruins InFamous 2. If you liked InFamous 2, avoid it. If you're looking for a reason to dust off your PS4, go for it.

what this guy said. game's probably cheap as dirt at this point and I too would give it a satisfied 8/10. got a decent amount of time out of it doing good and bad runs with the city takeover side stuff
