It's so weak. I've had one since Black Friday and the R2 and O buttons already feel like they're giving way. I also just dislike how the face buttons feel in general. The Options button is too resistant, and the face buttons are too soft.
I also hate the convex thumbsticks.

You can use the screen as your mouse cursor, and/or use it as 2 seperate buttons. It's the standard controller with most buttons out of the 3. You can disable the mouse-like functionality and use it only for added functions too

If you want a 2D metroidvania try AxiomVerge. It's more metroid-y than SoTN but still a very good game.
