Like, one of the first perks you can choose gives you a guaranteed crit with 3 turns cooldown, or a quick shot for half the AP but with lowered accuracy, or a snipe shot that does more damage depending on your stealth skill etc.

Can someone tell me what the roleplaying is like? Is it really like the original Fallouts where there's a bunch of different ways to do every quest? No classes sounds really good, I always say RPGs where you don't have a party should be classless.
Looking forward to this. The early access release didnt work on my machine for some reason, will give it a go on full release.

Not really as flexible as the Fallouts, it's a bit more combat oriented. There's fairly good C&C though.

Yes.
Most quests can be done either by fighting/talking/sneaking, but the focus is definetly on combat.
As an example, there is a quest where you need to get a password card from a gambler, but without shooting the whole place up or bringing any attention to yourself.
You can either threaten/convice him to give you the card, pickpocket it from him, or get to the power room ,turn the lights off, then kill him with a silent weapon while he is walking through an empty corridor and before the guards turn the lights on.
