Ace Combat 4
For arcade style games, Ace Combat is the best. There's also a PC game called Vector Thrust that was inspired by Ace Combat.

There aren't much but besides Ace Combat, played the shit from pic when I was a kid.
The VA in the game is really good, like straight from the air force.
Just don't expect much cause the game was from 1999.
Vector Thrust is also highly moddable, and people have already made mods for Ace Combat paint schemes. Even if you don't care for the game's campaign, it might be a good investment just for the potential mods (new planes, new campaigns, etc.)

assault horizon is divisive; on one hand, it finally displays the visceral sense of speed and motion the airplanes fly with, on the other it's got a shitty realistic theme and irritating design decisions like being forced to use the cinematic QTE shit for takedowns
