This. The PvP (and PvE for that matter) is a bullet sponge fest. Even moreso than Destiny. All the hype I had for this game is gone after playing the alpha.

Played a bit of dark zone, it seemed pretty awesome. I'll probably stream tomorrow sometime

I tried to kill one guy but i missed a shotgun round and he had a hidden friend by him so i died real quick. I think the pvp kill times are balanced towards group fire and it would feel petty unfair to get one shot and lose all your loot

From the stream, it looked like npc's died in 3-4 rifle hits or 1 shotgun blast, which is about par for the course
