Best of the 13 Trilogy, but both 13-2 and LR are great. 13-2 is basically FF13 but now with actual towns, world exploration, branching paths and multiple endings and ton of extra content. Basically what 13 shouild've been.
LR is literally Valkyrie Profile 3 with FF13 skin.

They aren't super terrible, they've got basic things such as resolution options, shadow resolution, AF, AA.
The problem with those ports is that they have a hardcoded double buffered V-Sync, a very ancient v-sync technique that drops framerate to hardlocked caps if framerate goes below certain threshold.
Basically, if you maintain 60 FPS and don't drop below it it will stay that but, but god forbid you drop below 60 FPS for even a second and it defaults to 30 FPS lock for a moment (and then goes back up).
Generally they fucked up by not making them use triple buffered v-sync like almost any game in the fucking past 10 years.
They're fully playable and if you've got powerful hardware it shouldn't be a problem (it wasn't for me outside of occasional micro drops) but if you aren't sure of your PC then it's best to lock the framerate to 30 FPS in Nvidia panel and then you will never have to worry about any problems.

No, SGSSAA and complex shit like AA flags aren't visible in Nvidia Control Panel since that shit is just for PC illiterate casuals.
You need Nvidia Inspector for more complex shit like this.
Just download NI, make a new profile (since LR doesn't have one) and set the settings like in pic related. Don't forget to add the exe to the profile.
