I've tried to replay this game at least three times and always get stuck in Teehee Valley. It's such a pain in the ass to navigate and I can never find my way out of there to progress.

but holy fucking SHIT I forgot how fucking hard the last boss is. It's fucking soul-crushing with its timing and precision required. music was great too

You know, the one where she won't stop fucking moving and you have to complete puzzles during the time span and watch out for enemies or else she gets captured and you have to go back to the beginning and the puzzles reset

Oooh, I'm thinking of a different area I think. It's a part fairly early in the game where you're up on a mountain in some sort of tribal village. There's a twirly wind traversal mechanic but the animations take way too long, and the whole place is kind of a tedious maze. I forget if I got stuck trying to find the boss or trying to leave after I beat him, I just remember going around and around in circles with the incredibly aggravating wind mechanics driving me mental.

I couldn't get past the jump rope in the beginning. It took me a week when I was younger. Once I got it tho I breezed through the game smoothly. It's almost as if that jump rope improved my reaction time.

I don't know, once I knew you could tell Peach to go back to the beginning then it was not such problem, you could just keep her going back and forth so I would always clean what's ahead. It wasn't too much trouble.

The final boss, oh boy, can it be such a shit time trying to get through it. Mainly when you have to fight Cackletta's soul inside Bowser. Like I succeeded, but it took a while, a long while.
