How many days is it normal to stay at home for a healthy person? Sometimes I stay up to 4 days without going outside. Does somebody else do this?

I work 6 days a week.
>>
I'm just a very lazy person and I don't like going out that much, specially in the winter.
>>
for months at a time

Shit dude, when I was in school I could stay inside for a month at a time during the summer.
>>

What about the holidays?
And what if you could work from home?

You gotta get out more than that dude.
Really two at the most without leaving the house is like max, for "healthy people".

Anything dude. Go to the store and buy a snack, go out and take your car through the car wash, fucking anything. Be seen. Take a walk around the block for 5 minutes. It's important for mental health.

I mean sure I'll go for a drive but I don't really need the car that much and dont want to waste gas
>>319704586
not yet. I had one part time job in the summer

The fact of the matter is it's important to at least be at peace with the rest of society, no matter how much you don't want to.

I know how you're feeling brah, I went from fat neckbeard to moderately /fit/ and I still get nervous asking where something is at the store, but you gotta try.

Fucking normalfags. I left my house for the first time in three months today.
>>
A healthy person is relative to your lifestyle and physical health.
It's just that most people who don't go outside have problems with self-esteem, motivation, or time management. So it changes the curve.

Being a six day hermit for a deadline focused job is common as shit.
