Xbone has better games that matter. Rehashed Uncharted? Kiddy ratchet and klank? No thanks I'll take scalebound, crackdown and gears.
Got the Uncharted bundle. Never played 2 + 3, so there's that... I'm about to finish Uncharted 2 and it has nice set pieces and Drake is such a charming character but other than that, the game hasn't resonated with me all that much. The shooting is such a drag, I think I enjoyed areas were combat was kept to a minimum and more climbing.. Don't know what it was. Is uncharted 3 any better?

Uncharted is about as shallow as games get. It's not resonating with you because it's not an engaging game, it's mechanically shallow and has little depth, it's like you're watching a bad movie.

The PS4 is an overrated console.
I personally own one and it's not that pleasing, and majority of the problem resides in Sony's terrible UI design.
The console itself in terms of hardware is amazing and does some nifty features, but when it comes to controller design and UI the system completely falls flat on it's cock.

So far, too much other stuff. And those are the games I really want but they aren't out yet.
However, now that the price is down to $300 again until Xmas I'm going to have to think hard about it. That's down to easy purchase territory. I'd probably be sold if there was a bundle that came with something I wanted, Uncharted isn't really a system seller to me. If they had a $300 GR-R bundle for example, boom purchased. Still though it's getting really compelling at this point.
It genuinely needs a better controller. I have a PS4, but I want an improvement over the DS4
I don't have the money right now. I'm planning to pick one up in March, though.

DS4 is by far my favorite controller of any one they've ever made so far. I use it on my PC and for MHFU on my phone too. What do you want improved about it? There were some manufacturing problems with the initial run apparently, but I got a later run and after a solid 10 months of use I've seen zero physical issues. The only thing I really think was a mistake is the non-optional light bar, which is a power suck and makes for a distracting reflection on the PC unless you open it up and physically disconnect it. In practice though I don't find the battery life to be limiting, though more would be better. But the physics of it seem pretty decent overall.
