I've never played the games, so I don't know.
I do know that I'm in better shape than most of my friends, despite eating like absolute shit, because I get a fair bit of exercise doing physical labor at work. Someone who actually legitimately works out, then, I'd assume could practically eat anything they want and be fine.
P3 cast is better
Real talk? I can't play P4G anymore. Not after playing Dancing All Night. P4 DAN's models are so good, they translate very well from the artwork to the game.
I know remakes and remasters are running rampant nowadays, but if there are any games that deserve to be remade is P3 and P4. I will defend that shit all day.

Exactly why I want a remake of it. The Persona games are so low budget it's almost criminal. The best looking models in the game are the Demons and that's because they come from Nocturne.
