Just recently got this game. I have a question about FPS. Is it my PS4 or is the FPS in this game not stable. I feel like it's not a constant 30 and it stutters. Maybe my PS4 is shit. But I've only had it for a few months and I handle it well when I take it back and forth to a friends.

Jesus this place is shit. I was honestly make a thread about my concern for the fps. Fuck this place.
The FPS is a stable 30 mostly throughout the game except for when its loading a zone, or you are in an area that transitions from one zone to another and its loading both while you decide which way to go.

You might get the odd stutter, but it should be stable for the most part. I wouldn't worry about unless you start getting blighttown levels of stutter.
