So,.. as long as the potential is there, it's never dead? A notable SNES game could be released today or 10 years from now, just depends if people care to play it. Does that mean the SNES has been alive this whole time? Or does it only come back to life when the release happens? In that case, does that mean all consoles are dead in between releases and only momentarily come back to life when a release happens?
