I like both but prefer Japanese. Although I'm loosing interest in gaming as a whole. The only games I'm looking forward to are Nier Automata, Persona 5, SMTIV FINAL, and The Last Guardian.
I prefer japanese games because they aren't afraid to put hot girls in their games. Meanwhile western games nowadays always have to have butt ugly girls because they're so afraid of non-gamers bitching at their games.

I mostly prefer Japanese games. The West can still make some decent games time to time and I hope they make a come back again someday.
