It's one of those standard Japanese phrases where the literal meaning isn't how they use it. It's roughly "What can I get you?" in this context, which is not a yes/no question regardless.

Interestingly enough, the English subtitles claim he says "Na ni shimasho-ka?" which, if the 'o' sound was elongated, would mean "What shall we [together] order?"."
