Really? FEAR was a great shooter and its scares had a neat factor to them but I wouldn't consider them the most scary things in any video game by far.

Me and my friend went through the entire game in one go, with a no pauses rule
Not a long game by any means but it has it moments.
>The mouse we played on had a button which changes the sense.
>Friend playing, got to the stairs in the stockade
>monster outta fucking nowhere
>panic, pushes button on mouse without realizing it, mouse sense now twise as high
>he tries to 180 run
>mouse says fuck you and makes it a 360
>brief moment of further panic before death.
