The game is fun with a group of people, but it's not worth getting into this late into the game, just like most MOBAs because there is so much to learn, and most low level accounts are smurfs anyways.
Alternatively, if you want to learn to play go play on the latin america servers, no one knows how to play there, so it's good practice for learning to play the game.
