If you have the gpu then get a nice enb and get skyrim 2k.
If you're not new to skyrim the get alternative start, it makes the game way more fun and also get immersive patrols.
Since you have Skyrim redone i'd suggest convenient horses.
There are a ton of mods to get. I had at least 100 and I would have had more if my computer could handle it.
Just go through the pages for a couple hours, I think it's worth it.

Look into a YouTube channel called Gopher. He's got a great set of videos that explain everything you need to know and be aware of when it comes to modding, like problems that can come up and how to fix them. He also has a great list of "essential" mods. His Mod Sanctuary videos are also great if you want to see even more great mod suggestions that aren't necessarily essential.

Honestly I feel like Redone and Requiem fuck with the game too much trying to make it into something that it's not rather than tweaking it and smoothing out the many flaws.
My personal favorite mod combo is:
ACE (Athyra's Comprehensive Enhancements) -- Overhauls the skill system so that it's much more of an RPG than vanilla. Combat stances, perk trees that make sense and are actually interesting, armor affects magic, current stamina affects stamina regen, etc.
Deadly Combat -- Tweakable combat that you can adjust to your preferred level of danger, but more importantly, adds slight staggering effects on every blow, so you don't feel like you're waving your sword through nothing. Adds timed blocking, including for wards, so you can actually reflect fireballs and shit at people if you time your ward right.
Balanced Magic -- Makes the effectiveness of your spells scale with skill level and tweaks the magic perk trees a bit. e.g. your Flames spell will do more damage not only with the fire perks but also with your overall Destruction skill and how many mastery skills you've invested in.
Apocalypse Spells -- Adds a shitload of magic spells, many of which frankly should have been in the game to begin with. A must for any magic character.
ASIS -- Overhauls AI so that NPCs will use potions and spells from the leveled lists (including Apocalypse spells) and shit like that.
Also, for variety's sake, Immersive Weapons and Immersive Armor. They just add a bunch of equipment to the game.
