If the subject is the foggy cranes it still has a few problems
Only thing in focus is the vestigial branches on the right which shouldn't be there in the first place considering they block the buildings on the right but honestly the entire right side of the photo isnt great. Would have been better to get up closer so you could avoid all of the right side entirely so you can frame the cranes better and have them be in focus
Also the perspective is a bit tilted and it's very blurry so a longer exposure time would be good to capture the cranes better
Go back and re-shoot it but get a little closer and avoid cluttering up the frame
