Good GPU for skyrim @ 4k 60FPS?

Hey im looking for a GPU that will handle skyrim at 4k 60fps with some 4k mods and other general mods. Ive heard the 390 is good but i doubt it would be enough for 4k 60fps, even though its a 2011 game.

I have a 970 and it easily gets a permanent 60fps at 4k, 390 will too. Skyrim is not a demanding game

Mods will absolutely murder your frames because Skyrim is running on a god awful shitty engine. Don't get carried away adding a trillion polygon horsecock mod, because the game just won't be able to handle it and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it.
A 390 is more than fine for just 4k though.

thanks, i plan to use about 100 mods or so, all graphical or quests and shit. if it gets too bad i can always go down to 1440
