Is DeS and DS2 really worth playing if I've played BB and DS? I'm playing BB right now, and it's the first game in awhile that I actually think about and want to actively play, and not just something to kill spare time. I'm probably going to go back and play DS because I had to shelve it after O&S and never got around to finishing it. I'm wondering if DeS and DS2 are really worth my time though.

DeS is worth it.
You could pass on DaS2 and never feel like you've missed anything, but it's still a good game and worth a play someday if you're in that 'kill some time' mood. Wouldn't go out of your way to play it though.
DaS1 is pretty shit after O&S but you should at least go back and beat the DLC, it's great.

DeS is worth it. At worst, you will get a slightly antiquated, but very fun and rewarding game. And it's interesting to discover the beginnings of so many design choices. And knowing how they evolved, and imagining what could have been had they evolved slightly different.
DaS2 is more like a well put together fanmade version of Dark Souls. It's not really bad. But it doesn't have the same heart as the real deal.
Play DeS. Has some interesting Boss fights and better lore than DaS in my opinion.
