RE5 would have absolutely been better without Sheva. I've never thought it was a bad game though, it's still pretty good and Sheva's A.I when playing solo isn't nearly as bad as people would have you think. It's actually one of the better examples of companion A.I I feel.

Yes. There really is no gaining a considerable amount of muscle without also gaining a tad of fat if you are natty unless you have skeleton genetics. You really need to eat a lot to get huge
Also do realize that natty lifting is heavily dependent on your genetics and it actually takes years and years and years before you start really looking great.
