Capcom didn't even have the money to fund SFV by themselves.
They don't even have the license for marvel anymore and there's 0 chance they will be able to afford it back. What makes people think they will be able to fund anything else? And if they do get outside funding again, why would anyone fund a non Street Fighter game considered it is by far the most popular fighting game brand they have.
