I don't. Too scary for me. Couldn't even play yume nikki. Scariest game I managed to play was Bioshock, and that's because you basically go from hunted to hunter, and it becomes more of a slightly-spooky action game.

There have been barely any games that are genuinely scary, or have segments that are scary, where I have trouble playing through it. Games can still make me jump or dread going through a certain area but usually there's nothing stopping me from powering on through it. The last game I had to summon courage to play through particular sections (without looking online to see what actually happens) would probably be some stages of Dead Space 1/2 and Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl.
