I was one of the most vocal people against NoA's ruining of the game.
I played the game for 30 hours, it's still great. The voice acting is tolerable, and despite the loss of the Engrish flavour the original had the names are practical and easy to remember.
Regarding censorship, I equip Lin in heavy armor anyway, so I don't feel this affects my game too much. For going skimpy there is always Elma, which is a miracle of the universe.
