The XBone is the most irrelevant console next to the WiiU.
I really really love my Xbone. It's a good system.
If it has more than 3 games on it that you want, get it. The multiplats on it are great too. My favorite feature is being able to leave a game running, and run YouTube or Netflix, and come back and my game is still in the same place. Or even shutting the system off and turning it back on and the game is exactly the same spot it was without having to reboot the game.
And snapping apps is pretty neat.

Honestly just go for what ever attracts you the most. If your into shooters like gears and halo, and tomb taider for this year, then its for you. If you like fighters, aside KI and Tekken, dont know any others of note. Most of them went to PS4 this gen. Look at the game that are on it and will come out for it and see if you can get a good deal
Thing of note: a lot of multiplat tend to run slightly better on PS4. Graphics are negligible for the for the most part, but for whatever fucking reason Xbone tends to shit the frame rate harder like FO4 that came out. Not sure if its been fixed so whatever
There's no real reason to get an Xbone because all the "exclusives" are also on PC, where you don't have to pay for Xbox Live.

The MCC is up and running smoothly and that's a fucking blast if you grew up with halo. I guess if you love cod and need those map packs a month early then buy that
