Why do spiders get so overlooked in games? They're always just low level grind fodder. Other monsters get loads of attention, like dragons and snakes, but spiders are never allowed to be interesting. I want there to be more good spiders.

I grew up around a lot of those inch-long beige house spiders which actually help a lot with pest control, so I never had a problem with them at all. Each spider I see counters a dozen worse things that I won't see.
