Not Amiibo related but there is a carrier called Ontrac on the west coast and they have a contract with Amazon. They will guaranteed fuck up your delivery as they are doing to me right now. The package is in the next city over and has been out for delivery since Tuesday. Haven't even attempted coming to my address.
