Check out Spice of Life for some extra clothing, as well as the mods that are required for it. I think they're just body mods.

Project Nevada is great, but i hear J Sawyers mod is better (made by one of the games designers). I would also get Freeside Open and then just add mods as you think you may require them.
Also make sure to play on hardcore.
