Nah. You can just import a model, fuck around in the sliders with realtime previews and save it to a different folder. Then you backup the old body just in case and copypaste the new one. You get two files for lowest and highest weight. Problem is that every bandit ends up looking like your character so you're distracted all the time. But you can avoid that by installing a custom race and replacing the bodies there.

I like the Nexus Mode Manager because it's just easy. Literally just 4-5 clicks and the mod is installed just like that. There is no copy paste, no clicking through folders. It will overwrite other conflicting mods. If you don't like the mod then you can uninstall it instantly.

The Joy of Perspective comes with animations optimized for it from what I've read. Enhanced Camera is what I use, as all configuration is done in an INI file.
These mods can also make you cast your own shadow in first-person. Why vanilla doesn't do this already?
