Considering Greymon's size as nothing noteworthy, Charizard doesn't stand a chance unless MetalGreymon is Charizard's level, with Agu vs Mander and Grey vs Meleon. Even then, Wargreymon vs Mega Charizard X is no contest since War has been shown destroying entire buildings. Mega Charizard X just smacks a mutant cat around and cracks some stone walls.
If it's games only, Greymon has WAY too many advantages. If it's games and anime, Charizard MIGHT stand a chance since it gets really strong when it feels inadequate. If it's anime only, Greymon WILL lose if he's not paired with Garurumon to go Omnimon.
