I wouldn't hold my breath anon. RetroArch's 3D emulators all require a minimum GL version that the 3DS doesn't support.
Despite the upgraded CPU performance, it's still using the PICA200 and still only supports GLES 1.1, while RetroArch requires GLES 2.0 or higher for any 3D cores. Someone might port them over but honestly working to backport cores to GLES 1.1 only benefits the 3DS. Every other mobile device post-2010 supports GLES 2.0 already and it's hard to justify the effort.
