I have also yet to see an ergonomic chair with head rest and (shitty) lumbar support that costs less. Quality isn't the best but the same can be said for any other chair in that price range with the same feature set. While it's made in China with the obvious quality issues there are at least plenty worse chairs.

I had that same problem buying a chair just a few days ago. I eventually had to settle with leather because there were no good fabric chairs in my price range.
