I honestly can't believe anybody could hate this game.
The characters are charming, the story is engaging, it tugs at your emotions, and the music is phenomenal.
I just finished the true ending, and all I can say is that this is definitely my GOTY if not at least the Indie GOTY.
I have not fallen in love with a gave like this in a long time.
