Even in his second form when he actually attacks he is pathetic as fuck and goes down in like three turns, not to mention that for some reason the music is the most intense when he spends his time doing literally nothing.
I know there's a big deal more exposition after his fight including the true final boss (of sorts), but for ME BE GOD of LISA's universe he could put up MUCH more of a fight.
