I just got the Xbone Tomb Raider bundle on Black Friday and I'm really liking it. I was all set on getting a PS4 but the Xbone actually has more that I want to play right now. I'll wait a couple more years to get a PS4.

4K as it stands is a meme, most TV is broadcast in either 720P or 1080I, there's little 4K content on online services (and most don't have the bandwidth - i have 101mbps down uncapped myself). The TVs are finally somewhat dropping in price but there's no good reason to replace a 1080P TV in good condition with 4K unless there's another motivation than resolution.
