His gf (future wife) didn't have a miscarriage. Also his character Ethan wasn't based off him outside his hair, almost everything else was just a ripoff from Futurama, Penny Arcade ect . What made this comic unique back I'm 2008 was that it was just so ridiculous, out of nowhere, and why Buckley didn't understand the term 'tone' when it pretty much goes back and forth between wacky and cheesy drama shit. Oh and it was also one of his only comics ever that had no words in it. Basically Buckley hit his peak with his comic by pushing away a chunk of his audience along peaking as a lulzcow after years of various stunts. /v/ and Something Awful in 2008 went on a storm of creating Loss edits the day Buckley published the comic. Infact, the majority of Loss comics you see today came from back then. He hasn't done anything much since then in regards of gaining publicity of humiliation from /v/ or Something Awful.

Why should I even be explaining this. If you're on /v/ you should know this by heart.
