Honestly, the only truly bad game on there is Amiibo Festival. Codename S.T.E.A.M and Devil's Third in particular are great. Triforce Heroes has some of the best combat in the series, and Fatal Frame is pretty good, but hated because it's a horror game. Rainbow Curse and LBX are pretty good too, and Rodea gets hate for the really bad Wii U version. Mario Tennis plays well, but seriously lacks substance... I think Camelot had trouble with HD development, same deal with MP10.
And of course, the list conveniently ignores the well received Wii U games this year. Splatoon is great, Xenoblade is great, Mystery Dungeon is great.
Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon is fucking fantastic. The PMD games always have low reviews because reviewers suck at video games.

It's been out in Japan for months, there's plenty of video footage available and its gameplay is close enough to the first Xenoblade to make assumptions and extrapolations about the game's overall quality.
Devil's Third might be a broken mess with shit graphics, but its gameplay is tight and the multiplayer is fun
