I bought the game on the Wii at launch and would have easily bought it again if it was ported to PS3. But I'm not going to buy one game. Especially an updated port of a game I already own. It would be like buying a DS just for Chrono Trigger. Difference is, DS had a lot more to it. Vita doesn't.
