That's impossible. Portal 2 takes place hundreds of years after the events of the HL2 trilogy. GLaDOS is present in that game and the Borealis is still missing.

Think about it, Chell was captured when she was a child, judging by that overgrown potato, and so she spent most of her life sleeping, right? And she came out of it a fully grown adult.
Then Portal 2 happens and she's sleeping once again, but this time she barely aged. It couldn't have been that long.
I heard someone say Portal 1 actually took place only a few hours after the Black Mesa incident, but I have no idea if that's true.
